Easy Returns
It is our goal to make the experience of our customers as pleasant as possible, and as much as we love you keeping the items, we also give you the option to return them:

We do accept returns with no question asked for the items that are not used, not opened, not damaged and returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

If you have opened the items and you are still not satisfied, and they are still in the original packing, we can offer you the option to return it within 30 days of the delivery date. After we receive and inspect the items we will pay you back 65% of the original paid price as purchase voucher.

The returns will be charged as low as Aed.20/- in the UAE deliveries. For the items delivered outside the UAE, the customer will bare the shipping charges as well.

If the items are damaged due to the shipping process, or there are missing accessories please let us know and we will work on correcting the issue as soon as possible.

To start the process of the returns, please send us and email to Beardbox69@gmail.com. You need to mention the order number in the subject line, and we will contact you as soon as possible to return the item and complete the refund process.

We are Currently working with Outsourced Delivery Services Companies, Such As Aramex, Fetchr and Makank Express.
An order can be tracked by Visiting their online portal after you received a order confirmation message from the Relevant Delivery Services Company.
Our Customer can always track their shipment by providing us the tracking number which they would be received right after the complete an order on our portal.
